Grand Canyon Weather Beater Electronic Control System
The Grand Canyon Weather Beater Electronic Control System is the electronic ignition for outdoor fire pits, fire tables and fire bowls. It uses a hot-surface igniter in place of a spark, which lights reliably in wind and rain, and it relights on demand: there is no standing pilot. LED lights on the control show what the system is doing.
There are two: WBECS, rated to 265,000 BTU, and the high capacity HC-WBECS, rated to 500,000 BTU. Both work on natural gas or propane and need 120V power run to the fire pit for the 12V transformer.

Warranty
Valves and electrical components installed outdoors: one year from the purchase date, when installed by a certified gas installer and used with Grand Canyon products. Batteries are not covered. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
