Installation Notes

• Outer frame: Empire's Breckenridge brochure says the three-piece steel outer frames trim the transition from the fireplace to the adjoining surface (wooden mantel, tile, stone or other noncombustible material), and the bottom trim completes the fourth side.
• Breckenridge and Vail: those models use their own outer frames (VBS32S EZ Attach frames on the Deluxe 32 and Vail Premium 32, VBF32T frames on the louvered Premium 32); only the FBS1HP bottom trim is shared.
• Details: this part is listed in Empire's price list for these models but has no instruction sheet of its own on file, so ask us if you have questions about fit before ordering.
