Grand Canyon 48"x16" Fire Bowl with Ring Burner

The Grand Canyon 48" x 16" Fire Bowl with Fire Ring Burner is a glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) bowl with the color running through the material, supplied with a 36" stainless steel fire ring burner. The ring burner gives a wide, even bed of flame for glass or lava rock.

Choose natural gas or propane, and black, white or gray. Model numbers follow the pattern FB4816-R-N-BLK: N or P for the fuel, then BLK, WHT or GRY for the color. Each bowl is cast by hand, so color and texture vary a little. Keep it covered when not in use.

What to Order With It

The bowl ships with its burner, disc, orifice and installation kit. It needs media to cover the burner.

Required (choose one):

• 1/2" Reflective Fire Glass, 140 lb pack (14 x RFG-10); top up with 10 lb containers if needed
• Lava Rock, 70 lb pack (7 x HP-B-GR-10 or HP-B-R-10): 70 lbs fills this bowl

Optional:

• Fire Pit Log Sets, 16-piece, for the 36" burner: Arizona Weathered Oak Fire Pit Logs (FPAWO-30/36), Western Driftwood Fire Pit Logs (FPWD-30/36), Aspen Birch Fire Pit Logs (FPASP-30/36)
• Weather Beater Electronic Control System (WBECS): hot-surface electronic ignition; needs 120V power at the fire feature

Specifications

For glass, the price guide calls for 190 lbs in this bowl and the owner's manual says 140 lbs. Start with the 140 lb pack and add 10 lb containers if the burner is not covered.

Do not set the bowl on grass, dirt or any soft surface; that blocks ventilation. Grand Canyon also offers Rust and Bone as made-to-order colors with a 4 to 6 week lead time; contact us if you want one.

For outdoor use only. Do not install indoors or in any enclosed structure.

Warranty

GFRC fire bowl: one year against manufacturing defects. Stainless steel burner: lifetime. Valves and electrical components: one year. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
