Empire Liner Accessory for 36"/42" Tahoe Clean Face DV Multi-function Luxury Fireplace

The Empire Tahoe Clean-Face Luxury liners (model numbers DVP36XRB, DVP36XWS, DVP36XKR, DVF36XKR, DVP42XRB, DVP42XWS, DVP42XKR and DVF42XKR) line the firebox of the Tahoe Clean-Face Luxury 36" and 42" direct-vent fireplaces (DVCX36, DVCX42). Choose a rustic brick ceramic fiber liner (XRB), an old world stone ceramic fiber liner with floor (XWS), or a black porcelain liner (XKR). The black porcelain floor (DVF36XKR, DVF42XKR) is a separate piece; this page also offers it together with the black liner.

Installation Notes

  • Floors: the liner sheet says to remove the glass door and control panel (see the fireplace manual), then place the bottom side floor pieces and the bottom middle floor.
  • Liners: the sheet says to pre-bend the brackets; for ceramic fiber liners, set the two rear legs first; set the rear panel against the back of the firebox (resting on the legs for ceramic fiber; with the insulation behind it for black reflective); remove the screw plugging the bracket hole in the top of the firebox, then hold each side panel in place and secure it with a bracket and one #10 x 1/2" screw. The small dimple on each side liner goes at the bottom rear.
  • Liner choices: Empire's Clean-Face brochure says old world stone is only available on Luxury models and aged brick is not available on Luxury models.
