The Sierra Flame Abbot 30 is a direct vent gas insert for converting an existing masonry fireplace, venting through two 3" pipes run up the chimney. Choose ceramic brick panels with a log set for a traditional look, or black porcelain panels with glass and rocks. Both come in the Deluxe version with the programmable thermostat remote, modulating valve and variable speed fan.

- Surround (required): ABBOT-30-BLK-26 or ABBOT-30-BLK-28 three-sided black surround (40" W x 26" or 28" H), or ABBOT-4PCE-BLK-29 four-sided black surround (40" W x 29" H).
- Venting (3" x 3" co-linear): 94203370HWS insert kit and CHIM-CAP chimney cap.
- Propane: choose the Liquid Propane option above.

Sierra Flame gas fireplace limited warranty: five years against defects in materials and workmanship on the combustion chamber, heat exchanger and burners (and stainless steel parts against tarnishing); one year on electrical and wear parts such as blowers, gas valves, switches, wiring, remote controls, igniters, gaskets, glass (thermal damage only) and pilot assemblies. It covers the original purchaser from an authorized Sierra Flame dealer and requires installation by a licensed technician to the manual and local codes.
