The Sierra Flame Lyon 48" is a four-sided see-through direct vent gas fireplace that shows the fire from every side, so it can sit between rooms or stand as a room divider. It uses the same fan-driven double glass as the Vienna and Toscana, so there are no screens or louvers, and it frames in wood with no concrete board. The Lyon is natural gas only.
Key Features
- Double glass front with fans moving room air through the glass channel, so there is no mesh safety screen; the fans must run whenever the fireplace is on
- Four-sided see-through: two long faces and two ends
- 32,500 Btu/hr on high, 21,000 on low
- 4 variable speed fans (110 V)
- Electronic pilot ignition with a hand-held remote
- All-wood framing, no concrete board required; combustible finishes allowed
What to Order With It
- Venting (5" x 8" direct vent): GEN-TERMKIT termination kit for horizontal runs, plus 5" x 8" flex vent. Through-the-roof kits 58TTRK and 58TTRK-STEEP are also available.
- Fuel: natural gas only (no propane version).
