It cooks on 500 sq in of grate — 850 sq in with the optional rack system, enough for 10 whole chickens, 12 racks of ribs or 3 whole turkeys at once, and works as a grill, oven, roaster or smoker.

Light it with natural lump charcoal and a fire starter cube, a chimney starter or an electric starter. Never use lighter fluid: the ceramic absorbs it and it flavors the food.
Building it in? Print the cut-out template at full size and check it against the grill on site before cutting. Leave room behind the grill for the dome to open.
