It cooks on 300 sq in of grate — 495 sq in with the optional rack system, enough for 6 whole chickens, 8 racks of ribs or a whole turkey at once, and works as a grill, oven, roaster or smoker.

Light it with natural lump charcoal and a fire starter cube, a chimney starter or an electric starter. Never use lighter fluid: the ceramic absorbs it and it flavors the food.
Building it in? Print the cut-out template at full size and check it against the grill on site before cutting. Leave room behind the grill for the dome to open.

Primo limited warranty for the original purchaser: limited lifetime on ceramic parts; 5 years against rust-through on metal parts other than cast iron; 1 year on cast-iron parts and on other parts and accessories unless stated otherwise; 30 days on felt gaskets and thermometers.
