Are the logs included?
No. Napoleon lists the Luminous Log Burner Kit as a mandatory option, sold separately. Choose driftwood, oak or birch in the 62" size.
Can it be installed in a corner or against a flat wall?
Yes. The Tall Bay Luxuria installs as a three-sided bay, a corner or a single-sided fireplace. Corner installations use the optional Corner Installation Kit (TLVX-CK), which includes the left and right panels.
What size enclosure does it need?
Frame 68-9/16" wide by 20-1/2" deep, with a minimum enclosure/ceiling height of 93" measured from the bottom of the appliance (10 ft maximum). Always confirm against the installation manual for your venting configuration.
Does the fireplace still work during a power outage?
Yes. With batteries in the wall switch battery holder, the fireplace keeps on/off and flame height control during a power failure. The blower and NIGHT LIGHT™ will not operate until power returns.

Gas Fireplaces – President’s Lifetime Limited Warranty
The following are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless / steel burner, PHAZER® logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* During the first 10 years Napoleon will repair or replace defective parts covered by the lifetime warranty free of charge. From 10 years to life, Napoleon will provide replacement parts at 50% of the current retail price.
Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered during the first year: blowers, gas valves, thermal switches, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitors, gaskets and pilot assemblies.* Labour related to warranty repair is covered during the first year (not applicable to gas log sets) and must be done through an authorized Napoleon dealer.
