Very satisfied with the Napoleon Ascent X 36 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace and the service of Dreamwood Living. Chose the Ascent X 36 because it has the ceramic glass front that transfers more heat into the room as compared to the tempered glass on other fireplaces. Dreamwood Living gave me the best price and delivered promptly. Would highly recommend Dreamwood Living based on my experience.
Delivery was way faster than I expected. The owner called me after I purchased it and verified everything was correct before shipping. Came in perfect condition, not a scratch on the box. I am so glad I purchased from Dreamwood instead of the other online stores, they are great! will buy from them again.
Ordered a Sauna online last month and had the best experience ever. The next day Dreamwood called to verify the order and delivery location. The sauna arrived a week sooner than expected. They followed up to make sure everything was delivered cleanly and how the unit was doing. I don't normally expect online orders to get such a personal touch. I can't recommend them enough!

We are waiting for the professionals to come and hook up the natural gas. That said, I have NEVER had a better experience assembling a product. This thing is machined to perfection. I could not believe how perfectly they did the machining. In addition, every single part is top quality, they did not cut any corners on the quality of the materials.

It's all good
I've been using webers for a long time, when my old Genesis hit 10 years I decided it needed to be replaced. After much debate, I chose to go with the Napoleon.I just cooked for 60 on it and it handled it no problem. I also just used the rotisserie which worked great. I've done everything from ribs, burgers, steaks, dogs, brats, whole chickens, etc in it within the first few weeks. This thing is legit.It is as impressive to look at as it is to cook on. A serious head turner on the deck.Is it worth it? That's hard to justify... This is definitely a splurge, but if you do go for it you won't be disappointed.My only two complaints1). How in the world does it not come with a cover at this price point?2). There is no convenient place to store the rotisserie bar when not in use. I added some retaining clips to the back of my grill so I can store it behind the lid. Would be nice if there was something from the factory here.

After months of reviewing the different brands I lighted on the 660 prestige pro. It arrived almost fully assembled and in perfect condition. What assembly was need ed was done in an hour. This beast is amazing. Has all the features of the competitors.I have have multiple Webers from the Genesis ll the Summit and nome have matched the beast that I have purchased.Its Canadian made which is a lot closer than China, HEY

I did my research on grills and decided to pull the trigger and buy a Napoleon. I bought it from Amazon at the beginning of the summer and I love it I have cooked on it just about every day this summer. It has many bells and whistle‘s that are just cool. The food cooks evenly and beautifully. It has an incredible warranty. It was sort of easy to put together it did take two people and it did take awhile over 2 hour. However in the end it was worth every cuss word I used. I am going to warn you that the directions are difficult to follow Read through everything take every part out and make sure you have absolutely everything getting a hold of Napoleon customer service was extremely difficult. And you will need a lot of time and patience. The direction book actually sucks it's terrible it's the worst. I suggest using Napoleon‘s website to look at some of the videos before you start . That was somewhat helpful it was a guide at least. They can do a whole lot better with us direction booklet.
