Very satisfied with the Napoleon Ascent X 36 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace and the service of Dreamwood Living. Chose the Ascent X 36 because it has the ceramic glass front that transfers more heat into the room as compared to the tempered glass on other fireplaces. Dreamwood Living gave me the best price and delivered promptly. Would highly recommend Dreamwood Living based on my experience.
Delivery was way faster than I expected. The owner called me after I purchased it and verified everything was correct before shipping. Came in perfect condition, not a scratch on the box. Ordered a Sauna online last month and had the best experience ever. The next day Dreamwood called to verify the order and delivery location. The sauna arrived a week sooner than expected.
