Grand Canyon High Capacity Millivolt Valve Kit
The Grand Canyon High Capacity Millivolt Valve Kit is the high-output version of the millivolt kit, for the larger 2-burner sizes, see-through burners and Jumbo burners. It is a standing-pilot system that needs no household power and can be switched by a remote or wall switch. It is for indoor use only.
Order HCMVQMKN for natural gas or HCMVQMKLP for propane. The kit turns the burner on and off; it does not vary the flame height. A remote is not included.

The capacities above are from the 2026 price guide. The August 2022 manual prints 370,000 BTU natural gas and 560,000 BTU propane; we have published the lower figures. It is critical that the heat shield is placed correctly over the valve.
Warranty
Valves and electrical components: two years from the purchase date when installed indoors by a certified gas installer and used with Grand Canyon burners and logs; one year if installed outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
