Empire Tahoe Premium 42" Direct Vent Gas Fireplace
The Empire Tahoe Premium 42" Direct Vent Gas Fireplace include a tempered glass view window and a four-piece log set, mounted atop our legendary Slope Glaze Burner for a rich flame pattern within a taller, deeper log stack that complements the deeper fireplace (20 inches).
Liner options for Premium Models include: Aged Brick, Herringbone, Stacked Limestone, and Black Reflective.
Tahoe Premium Fireplaces are available in Millivolt, and Intermittent Pilot and Multi-Function Remote Control models.

Clearances to combustibles: Back 0", sides 0", floor 0", top standoffs 0", top framing edge 3"

Mantel clearance: Follow the mantel chart in the installation manual for any combustible mantel above the unit.

Venting: 5" x 8" direct vent, top or rear (see the manual for rear-vent requirements); horizontal runs up to 20 ft (see the venting graph in the manual for the vertical rise required)

Gas input (BTU/hr): Natural gas 28,000 max; propane 28,000 max. Minimum (millivolt models only): natural gas 19,000; propane 22,000

Power: Millivolt models (FP30, FP31) need no electricity to run the burner.
