The Ortal Holographic 60 is a frameless built-in electric fireplace that uses dual screens to project a three-dimensional flame over a Woodland log set. Flame height and speed are adjustable, there are six flame styles, and a crackling fire sound can be switched on. Configure it as front facing, left corner, right corner or three-sided by removing the side conversion panels. It runs on a standard 120V outlet with a 1200W heater and built-in thermostat, and it is made in Britain. The Holographic also comes in a 74" width.

Install it into a stud and drywall frame or an existing chimney breast. It is not made for floating or wall-hung installs. Ortal suggests mounting the unit 16" to 18" off the floor for the best view of the flame. Leave the 2" internal air gap below the unit described in the manual, and keep a TV or artwork at least 8" above the top of the glass. Indoor use only, and not in bathrooms or other wet areas.
