I have been looking for this to replace my old one 40years old. This grill is excellent quality and works great. Buying it online was easy and customer service was a great answered all my questions. Delivery was great as well right on time. Thank you for making this easy.
This is a beautiful piece of equipment. The two glass walls make it seem so open and welcoming (not just a box). The lights on the seats do not dim however. The overhead does.
Heats up nicely although we had to use some insulation around the floor as some air was creeping in and preventing the sauna from reaching a high temp.
But with some tweaking it is great.
This unit (the glass walls) are VERY heavy. You really need 3-4 persons to move the really heavy two walls. We did it with two people but it was a challenge and easy to scratch the red cedar which is a soft wood.
We have taken 4 saunas already and this is truly a wonderful sauna.
The addition of these brick panels was perfect. Before the fireplace looked like a dark hole. Now even with the fire off the box is beautiful. Easy to install, did it myself in about 30 minutes.

Very satisfied with the Napoleon Ascent X 36 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace and the service of Dreamwood Living. Chose the Ascent X 36 because it has the ceramic glass front that transfers more heat into the room as compared to the tempered glass on other fireplaces. Dreamwood Living gave me the best price and delivered promptly. Would highly recommend Dreamwood Living based on my experience.
Delivery was way faster than I expected. The owner called me after I purchased it and verified everything was correct before shipping. Came in perfect condition, not a scratch on the box. Ordered a Sauna online last month and had the best experience ever. The next day Dreamwood called to verify the order and delivery location. The sauna arrived a week sooner than expected. They followed up to make sure everything was delivered cleanly and how the unit was doing. I don't normally expect online orders to get such a personal touch. I can't recommend them enough!
