The Wildfire Ranch Pro 42" built-in gas griddle in 304 stainless steel is order number WFPRO42GRDH-SS-NG for natural gas and WFPRO42GRDH-SS-LP for liquid propane. It is a three-burner flat top with 691 sq. in. of cooking surface on an 8 mm stainless steel plate, and it drops into a 41" W x 21-5/8" D x 10-1/2" H cut-out.

Three stainless steel U-shaped burners heat the plate, each on its own knob, so you can run different heat across the 39-1/2" wide surface. The double-walled hood lifts off: cook with it on for more even heat, or take it off to sear. Six visual ports above the burners let you confirm each one is lit, every knob has its own indicator light, and the knobs are lit from behind with white LEDs. The same griddle is also made in black 304 stainless steel.

What to Order With It

Pick natural gas or liquid propane above. Wildfire's price list does not show an insulated liner for the 42" griddle, so talk to us before building it into an island made with combustible materials.

Optional:

• 42" grill/griddle cart (WFCART42-SS) to use the griddle freestanding.
• Designer Finish knobs (KB3 kit) in brushed stainless, chrome black or brushed bronze. The KB3 kit covers the three knobs on this griddle.
• Auto gas timer shutoff valve (WFGASTIMER).

Installation Notes

• For outdoor use only, in a well-ventilated area.
• The griddle needs a 120V GFCI outlet and has a 3/8" gas connection.
• It is set up at the factory for the fuel you order.
• Follow the clearances to combustible materials in the owner's manual packed with the griddle.
• Measure the unit you receive before the island is cut.

Warranty

Wildfire covers this appliance with a limited warranty for the original purchaser, in normal residential use, with proof of purchase:

• Limited lifetime: stainless steel housing and frame, cooking surface and burners.
• Limited five-year: valves, manifold and ignition systems.
• Limited two-year: electric and plastic components.
• Limited one-year: all parts and components, including shipping and handling, plus a labor credit on pre-approved repairs.

Installations in common areas shared by more than one household carry a limited two-year warranty, and the warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use. Surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration from normal use are not covered. Register the appliance with Wildfire before making a claim. Full terms are in the Wildfire limited warranty.
