The Wildfire Ranch Pro 30" built-in gas griddle in black 304 stainless steel is order number WFPRO30GRD-BSS-NG for natural gas and WFPRO30GRD-BSS-LP for liquid propane. It is a two-burner, 35,000 BTU flat top with 526 sq. in. of stainless steel cooking surface, and it drops into a 29" W x 21-7/8" D x 10-1/2" H cut-out.

Two U-shaped burners heat the plate, each on its own knob, so you can run one side hot for smash burgers and the other lower for eggs or vegetables. Heat indicator lights show when the griddle is on, the knob bezels are LED lit, and a removable stainless steel cover is included to protect the plate between cooks. It is also made in 304 stainless steel.

What to Order With It

Pick natural gas or liquid propane above. Nothing else is required to install the griddle in a non-combustible island.

Optional:

• 30" griddle insulated liner (WFLINER30GRD). Wildfire's insulated liner for this griddle. Talk to us before building the griddle into an island made with combustible materials.
• 30" griddle cover (WFGRDC30).
• 30" griddle cart (WFCART30GRD-BSS) to use the griddle freestanding, and the 30" griddle cart cover (WFGRDCC30).
• Designer Finish knobs (KB2 kit) in brushed stainless, chrome black or brushed bronze. The KB2 kit covers the two knobs on this griddle.
• Auto gas timer shutoff valve (WFGASTIMER).

Installation Notes

• For outdoor use only, in a well-ventilated area. Never install it in a garage, breezeway, shed or other enclosed space.
• Keep at least 24" between the griddle and any combustible material, in every direction. Wildfire makes its warranty conditional on this clearance.
• Do not place the griddle under combustible construction unless an outdoor-rated vent hood is installed above it.
• If a wall or partition behind the griddle would block ventilation, leave at least 7" behind it. With nothing behind it, allow 2" at the back.
• The island needs at least two vents of 20 sq. in. each in every cabinet that holds a gas supply or connection. A propane cylinder must sit in its own vented compartment, separate from the appliance.
• Gas supply: 4" W.C. for natural gas, 11" W.C. for propane. The appliance is set up at the factory for the fuel you order, and the regulator for that fuel is included.
• The lights run from the included transformer, which plugs into a 120V GFCI outlet.
• Wildfire notes that tape measures and appliance bodies can vary by 1/8", so measure the unit you receive before the island is cut.

Warranty

Wildfire covers this appliance with a limited warranty for the original purchaser, in normal residential use, with proof of purchase:

• Limited lifetime: stainless steel housing and frame, cooking surface and burners.
• Limited five-year: valves, manifold and ignition systems.
• Limited two-year: electric and plastic components.
• Limited one-year: all parts and components, including shipping and handling, plus a labor credit on pre-approved repairs.

Installations in common areas shared by more than one household carry a limited two-year warranty, and the warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use. Surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration from normal use are not covered. Register the appliance with Wildfire before making a claim. Full terms are in the Wildfire limited warranty.
