Wildfire Ember 32" Gas Grill with Sear Burner, 304 Stainless Steel
The Ember by Wildfire 32" built-in gas grill in 304 stainless steel is order number EMB32G-SS-NG for natural gas and EMB32G-SS-LP for liquid propane. It puts out 52,000 BTU across three cast stainless steel I-burners and a standard infrared sear burner, 13,000 BTU each, and drops into a 30-1/2" W x 19-3/4" D x 9-1/2" H cut-out.
Three removable trays of ceramic briquettes sit over the burners to even out the heat and turn drippings into smoke instead of flare-ups, and four heavy stainless steel rod grates sit over those. The hood has two halogen lights, the knobs are lit with white LEDs, the warming rack adjusts, and the grill is rotisserie ready with motor mounts on either side. It is also made in black 304 stainless steel.

Installation Notes
- For outdoor use only. Do not install it on a balcony or under an overhang made of wood or other combustible material.
- Keep at least 9" between the grill and any combustible island or enclosure material, in every direction. Wood framing behind a non-combustible finish still counts as combustible.
- For an island built with combustible materials, the Ember insulating liner (EMBLINER32G) is required. With the liner installed, combustible materials may touch the liner at and below countertop level.
- If a wall behind the grill blocks airflow, leave at least 7" behind it. With nothing behind it, 2" is enough for the hood to open.
- Under a non-combustible overhead structure, keep at least 60" from the cooking grates to the structure.
- The countertop notch is 32-1/4" wide. See the owner's manual for the cut-out drawing and enclosure ventilation.
Warranty
Ember grills carry Wildfire's limited warranty for the original purchaser in residential use: a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel components, cooking grates and burners, a one-year labor credit on repairs approved in advance by Wildfire customer support, and a limited two-year warranty for common-area installations.
