The Wildfire Ranch Pro power burner in black 304 stainless steel is order number WFPOWBRN-BSS-NG for natural gas and WFPOWBRN-BSS-LP for liquid propane. It is a 60,000 BTU built-in burner for stockpots, seafood boils and wok cooking. It drops into a 22-1/4" W x 21-1/2" D x 10-1/4" H cut-out.

The cast stainless steel burner has an inner and an outer ring on separate knobs, so it turns down to a 3,000 BTU simmer or runs both rings at full output. The center of the cooking grate lifts out to seat a round-bottom wok, a drip tray slides out for cleanup, and a stainless steel lid is included. It is also made in 304 stainless steel.

What to Order With It

Pick natural gas or liquid propane above. Nothing else is required to install the burner in a non-combustible island.

Optional:

• Power burner insulated liner (WFLINERPOWBRN). Wildfire's insulated liner for this burner. Talk to us before building it into an island made with combustible materials.
• Power burner cover (WFPOWBRNC).
• Designer Finish knobs (KB2 kit) in brushed stainless, chrome black or brushed bronze. The KB2 kit covers the two knobs on this burner.
• Auto gas timer shutoff valve (WFGASTIMER).

Installation Notes

• For outdoor use only, in a well-ventilated area. Never install it in a garage, breezeway, shed or other enclosed space.
• Keep at least 24" between the burner and any combustible material, in every direction. Wildfire makes its warranty conditional on this clearance.
• Do not place the burner under combustible construction unless an outdoor-rated vent hood is installed above it.
• If a wall or partition behind the burner would block ventilation, leave at least 7" behind it. With nothing behind it, allow 2" at the back.
• The island needs at least two vents of 20 sq. in. each in every cabinet that holds a gas supply or connection. A propane cylinder must sit in its own vented compartment, separate from the appliance.
• Gas supply: 4" W.C. for natural gas, 11" W.C. for propane. The appliance is set up at the factory for the fuel you order, and the regulator for that fuel is included.
• The knob lights run from the included transformer, which plugs into a 120V GFCI outlet.
• Wildfire notes that tape measures and appliance bodies can vary by 1/8", so measure the unit you receive before the island is cut.
• The cut-out above is from Wildfire's current spec sheet and built-in chart. The older owner's manual shows a narrower opening, so confirm against the unit before cutting.

Warranty

Wildfire covers this appliance with a limited warranty for the original purchaser, in normal residential use, with proof of purchase:

• Limited lifetime: stainless steel housing and frame, cooking grids and burners.
• Limited five-year: valves, manifold and ignition systems.
• Limited two-year: electric and plastic components.
• Limited one-year: all parts and components, including shipping and handling, plus a labor credit on pre-approved repairs.

Installations in common areas shared by more than one household carry a limited two-year warranty, and the warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use. Surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration from normal use are not covered. Register the appliance with Wildfire before making a claim. Full terms are in the Wildfire limited warranty.
