The TrueFlame TF-VH48-3-SP4 is a 4" spacer bracket for the 48" TF-VH48-3 vent hood. It mounts between the wall and the hood and moves the hood 4" off the wall. Spacers are sized to the hood, so use it only with the TF-VH48-3; for an 8" offset, choose the TF-VH48-3-SP8.

Required:

• TrueFlame 48" Vent Hood with 2,000 CFM Motor and Mounting Bracket (TF-VH48-3): The 48" vent hood this spacer is made for; spacers must match the hood size

Installation

• Use this spacer in place of the hood's 1/2" mounting template; never use the template and a spacer together.
• Make sure the spacer and the vent hood are the same size: this spacer is for the 48" TF-VH48-3.
• Mount the bottom of the hood 32" minimum and 36" maximum above the grill cooking surface (manufacturer recommendation).

Please Note

• If you add a duct cover to a hood mounted on this spacer, a deeper duct cover or a filler panel may be needed to close the gap between the duct cover and the wall. Ask us which part fits before you order.
• Follow the vent hood installation manual and confirm your install plan with us before you order.

Covered by the TrueFlame (AMD Direct) Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty, for purchases as of 3/1/23. It covers replacement parts only (labor is not covered), applies to the original purchaser, and requires online registration within 30 days.
