Napoleon Oakville X4 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Insert
The Napoleon Oakville™ X4 gas insert uses an exclusive dual burner split flow system that fills the firebox with a triple flame. The front and rear burners can be operated independently and modulate from 16,000 up to 40,000 BTU/hr input, and the full view design shows 518 sq. in. of fire behind heat radiating ceramic glass.
A heat circulating blower, Proflame II remote control and eFIRE controller are included, and directional baffles improve the blower’s airflow. The X4 comes with a split oak log set; decorative panels are required, and faceplates, backerplates and log upgrades let you finish it to suit the room. It is certified as a vented decorative gas appliance, vents through two 3" liners and is approved for mobile home installation.

Napoleon products are designed with superior components and materials and assembled by trained craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Once assembled, the complete appliance is thoroughly inspected by a qualified and authorized installer, service agency, or supplier before packing to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality product that you expect from Napoleon. (Registered under the world recognized ISO 9001 : 2015).
Gas Inserts – President’s Limited Lifetime Warranty
The following are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless / steel burner, PHAZER® logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* During the first 10 years Napoleon will repair or replace defective parts covered by the lifetime warranty free of charge. From 10 years to life, Napoleon will provide replacement parts at 50% of the current retail price.
Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered during the first year: blowers, gas valves, thermal switches, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitors, gaskets and pilot assemblies.* Labour related to warranty repair is covered during the first year (not applicable to gas log sets) and must be done through an authorized Napoleon dealer.
