Napoleon Elora™ Series Hybrid Gas Stove
The Napoleon Elora™ is a contemporary, three-sided direct vent gas stove with Luminous Logs: detailed Oak or Birch logs over a modulating electric ember bed, plus accent lights. Heat radiating ceramic glass on three sides, behind a premium safety barrier, gives a view of the fire from across the room.
The Elora is a hybrid. Its gas burner is rated up to 25,000 BTU/hr input on natural gas, and a built-in electric heater adds up to 5,000 BTU, for up to 30,000 BTU combined (about a 20% boost). It is certified as a vented gas heater, uses pilot-on-demand ignition with a ProFlame II remote and battery back-up, and vents from the top or rear through 4" / 7" pipe. A Luminous Log burner kit is required.

Once assembled, the complete appliance is thoroughly inspected by a qualified and authorized installer, service agency, or supplier before packing to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality product that you expect from Napoleon. Gas Stoves – President’s Limited Lifetime Warranty
The following are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance: combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless / steel burner, PHAZER® logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components and aluminum extrusion trims.* During the first 10 years Napoleon will repair or replace defective parts covered by the lifetime warranty free of charge. From 10 years to life, Napoleon will provide replacement parts at 50% of the current retail price.
Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered during the first year: blowers, gas valves, thermal switches, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitors, gaskets and pilot assemblies.* Labour related to warranty repair is covered during the first year (not applicable to gas log sets) and must be done through an authorized Napoleon dealer.
