Note that the Elevation X requires a deeper framed opening than the standard Elevation Electric — 16-7/8" rather than 16-1/4" — so check this figure specifically when planning the wall. Clearances to combustibles are 0" at the bottom, sides, back and top. Select a location that is not prone to moisture and is away from drapes, furniture and high-traffic areas. Do not route the power cord horizontally directly below the appliance, and never use an extension cord or power strip. Refer to the installation manual for complete requirements.

Electrical components and wearable parts are covered and Napoleon will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first 5 years of warranty. This covers: fan/heaters, motors, switches, nylon bearing components, remote controls, and LED lights.*
