Note that the Elevation X requires a deeper framed opening than the standard Elevation Electric — 16-7/8" rather than 16-1/4" — so check this figure specifically when planning the wall. Clearances to combustibles are 0" at the bottom, sides, back and top. Select a location that is not prone to moisture and is away from drapes, furniture and high-traffic areas.
