The Napoleon 56041 reversible griddle is porcelain-enameled cast iron, sized at 13" x 17.75" for the Prestige 500 and Prestige PRO 500 grills (Napoleon also lists the LEX 485, 605 and 730). Use the flat side for eggs, onions and seafood, or flip it to the ridged side for panini-style sandwiches.
