Key Features
Gas Fireplace Installation. Empire Boulevard 60" See-Through Gas Fireplace can be installed as a conventional see-through on an interior wall or indoor/outdoor see-through on an exterior wall. If the fireplace is to be installed on an exterior wall, special framing is needed and the exterior stainless steel frame is required.
Gas Type. Empire Boulevard's gas fireplace is available in natural gas or propane. Though this fireplace is gas-operated, it comes with a thermostat variable remote control to make it a lot easier to manage its beautiful flame display and heat.
Ignition. Save energy and money with this gas fireplace's Intermittent Pilot system, it eliminates the standing pilot. During a power outage, your Boulevard fireplace can still be used on battery backup mode.
Liner. Get the optional reflective Black Ceramic Glass liner to give this fireplace an unimaginable illusion of depth.
Surround. Choose a decorative 1½-inch beveled front in matte black, a ¾-inch beveled black frame, or have your contractor install tile, stone or plaster right to the fireplace opening– the ultimate in design flexibility.
Decorative Media. 4 sq. ft. of decorative crushed glass is required and comes included with this 60" fireplace. Additional accessories like decorative logs, pebbles, and more colors of fire glass are available for purchase.
Accent Light. Empire Boulevard 60" 2-sided fireplace comes with a multicolor programmable LED light under the burner to enhance the gas fireplace's look. It also includes an extension kit to mount the lighting controls up to 6 ft. away.
Optional Forced Air Heat Management Kit. Reduce the warmth of your gas fireplace by venting some of the heat outside your home. The HMFA Kit is great for areas with varying climates.
