The Empire 60" vented linear burner (model numbers VDL60NG for natural gas and VDL60LP for propane) is a millivolt-controlled burner that Empire offers with matching media: the 60" Birch and Oak log sets and 5" cannon balls.

Ratings, clearances and the minimum fireplace size for the VDL60 are not in Empire's published documents yet. Ask us for them before ordering.

Installation Requirements

• Installation: must be installed by a qualified installer per Empire's instructions and local codes. In Massachusetts the installation must be done by a licensed plumber or gas fitter.

Empire has not published the VDL60 manual with its warranty terms yet. Ask us and we will send the terms that come with the burner.
