DuraVent DuraPlus 30-Degree Stainless Steel Elbow Kit

The DuraVent DuraPlus 6" 30 Degree Stainless Steel Elbow Kit is a premium triple-wall chimney system accessory designed for safe directional offsets in wood stove chimney installations and other all-fuel venting applications. Built with advanced ceramic blanket insulation and an air-space layer, this insulated chimney elbow kit keeps the exterior cool while maintaining a strong internal draft for improved stove efficiency. The secure insulation eliminates hot spots and enhances overall chimney venting safety, while allowing controlled liner expansion during a creosote fire for added durability and protection.

Engineered for continuous operation at flue gas temperatures up to 1000°F, the DuraVent DuraPlus 6-inch stainless steel 30-degree elbow kit meets strict UL-listed chimney standards, including one hour at 1400°F and three 2100°F chimney fire tests. This durable chimney pipe elbow system provides a reliable, code-compliant solution for complex chimney venting system installations requiring larger directional offsets.

• Ideal Chimney Offset Solution: Designed for 6-inch triple-wall chimney systems, the DuraVent DuraPlus 30-degree stainless steel elbow kit is used to safely create offsets around rafters, ridgepoles, joists, and other roof obstructions, ensuring flexible chimney venting system installation.
• Complete Elbow Kit for Installation: May be used in pairs of elbows when needed, making it essential for complex wood stove chimney pipe routing and professional chimney offset configurations.
• 360° Swivel Base Design: Elbows feature a 360-degree swivel base, allowing easy alignment during installation while maintaining a fixed 30-degree angle for precise and reliable chimney pipe directional control.
• UL 103 Code-Compliant Safety Limits: Designed in accordance with UL 103 chimney standards, offsets greater than 30 degrees are not permitted, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable chimney system performance.
• Supports Vertical Chimney Alignment: A pair of elbows is required to return the chimney back to vertical, ensuring proper alignment in complete chimney venting system installations.
• Durable Stainless Steel Construction: Available in stainless steel (KSS) or galvalume (K) outer wall options, providing long-lasting corrosion resistance and dependable performance for all-fuel chimney systems.
