The Blaze LTE+ 30-Inch Built-In Gas Griddle gives you 480 square inches of stainless steel cooking surface, heated by two 15,000 BTU U-shaped stainless steel burners for 30,000 BTUs across two independent zones, so you can sear on one side and hold food warm on the other.
It drops into a non-combustible outdoor kitchen island. Push N’Turn FlameThrower ignition, LED-lit control knobs and a spring-assisted hood make it easy to use day or night, and the adjustable griddle plate lets you set the grease flow toward the front drip tray.
