The American Made Grills Encore Double Side Burner (model number ENCSB2) adds two burners next to your Encore grill, so sauces, sides and a pot of beans can cook while the main course is on the grates. It drops into the countertop of your outdoor kitchen and matches the grill's stainless finish and lighting.
A stainless steel lid closes over the burners when you are done and keeps the counter looking clean, and LED lights on the front panel keep the knobs easy to read after dark. Choose natural gas or propane to match your grill.
A side burner saves trips back to the kitchen. Simmer a barbecue sauce, sauté onions and peppers, keep corn boiling, or warm a skillet of beans while the grill handles the meat. Set the burner beside the grill so the cook never has to leave the station. Our side burners collection shows other sizes and styles if you are comparing.
The burner installs in a 13-1/4" W x 23-1/4" D x 10-1/4" H countertop opening. If your island has wood or other combustible framing, AMG requires an insulated liner around the burner, and the manual calls for 16" to 18" of clearance at the back and sides from unprotected combustible materials. See our outdoor kitchen planning guide for help laying out burners, grills and storage.

Reach out to our team and we will help you fit the burner into your island plan and match it to your grill and gas type.
Do I need a liner?
Yes, if any part of your island is combustible, such as wood framing. AMG requires an insulated liner around the burner in a combustible cabinet.
Does it come in natural gas and propane?
Yes. Order ENCSB2-NG for natural gas or ENCSB2-LP for propane, matching your grill.
Where should it go in my island?
Most people set it beside the grill. Keep 16" to 18" of clearance at the back and sides from unprotected combustible materials, and never install it under overhead combustible construction.
