The Outdoor GreatRoom Company builds gas fire pit tables, fire bowls, Ready-to-Finish fireplaces and Crystal Fire® Plus burners in Lakeville, Minnesota. Its fire pit tables and burners are UL tested and ULC listed, and most tables hide a standard 20 lb propane tank in the base, with a natural gas conversion kit included on manual-ignition models.

Crystal Fire® Plus Burners and Accessories

The Outdoor GreatRoom Company Warranty
Coverage starts on the date of purchase, for the original owner and original installation in the United States or Canada: three years on the structure of fire pit table bases and tops; one year on the structure and finish of Supercast™ concrete products; five years on the structure of Ready-to-Finish enclosures; a limited lifetime warranty of 10 years on Crystal Fire® Plus stainless steel burners installed residentially (5 years commercially); 3 years on ignition and electronic components (1 year commercially); one year on protective covers; and 90 days on glass wind guards. Who makes Outdoor GreatRoom fire pit tables?
The Outdoor GreatRoom Company, a U.S. manufacturer in Lakeville, Minnesota. Its gas fire pit tables and Crystal Fire® Plus burners are UL tested and ULC listed.
Do the tables run on propane or natural gas?
Both. Manual-ignition tables ship set up for propane with a natural gas conversion kit in the box, and most hide a standard 20 lb tank in the base. Electronic ignition models are ordered for either propane or natural gas.
What is the difference between manual and electronic ignition?
Manual ignition uses a thermocouple safety valve and a push-button sparker on the control panel. Electronic ignition lights with a low-voltage three-position switch and can be paired with the on/off wall switch with E-stop. Both shut off the gas automatically if the flame goes out.
What is Supercast concrete?
Supercast™ is The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), used on the Cove collection and on Reverie, Sierra and Cedar Ridge tops. It is non-combustible (tested to ASTM E136). Fine hairline cracks under 1/8" are normal and not structural.
How much fire media does a table need?
Clear glass gems come with every gas fire pit table and Crystal Fire® Plus burner. To add more or change the look, the fire media chart lists how many bags each table needs.
Which accessories fit my table?
Each product page lists the wind guard, burner cover and protective cover model that fits it. Wind guard and burner cover model numbers match the burner size; for example, GG-1242 fits a 12" x 42" burner.
