Installation Notes

• Installing: the fireplace manual's blower steps: remove the glass and screen frames (as a unit) and the bottom access panel on the side opposite the valve; hold the blower with the magnets on your right and insert it through the opening to the right of the junction box; attach the magnet side to the outer wall, centered using the two holes in the floor; set the rheostat control on the floor, as far right as possible; snap the fan control disc into the forked prongs on the valve bracket; plug the blower cord into one of the bottom receptacles (the junction box can be unscrewed and moved rearward if needed), then refit the junction box, frames and panel.
• Planning: the manual asks whether a blower will be installed as one of the first planning steps, along with the electrical supply.
• Details: we don't have Empire's instruction sheet for this part on file, so ask us if you have questions about fit or installation before ordering.
