Start with the LTE+ if you want lights, a lift-assist hood and a rotisserie burner at the middle of the range: the 32-inch natural gas and 32-inch propane built-ins, the 40-inch natural gas and 40-inch propane built-ins, and the 32-inch and 40-inch freestanding grills. Near salt air, the Marine Grade built-in and Marine Grade freestanding grills use 316 stainless. If you cook by internal temperature, the LTE PRO 32-inch built-in, LTE PRO 32-inch freestanding and LTE PRO 40-inch built-in read the probes on the control panel. For the most cooking space and heat, the Professional LUX comes as a 34-inch built-in, 34-inch freestanding, 44-inch built-in or 44-inch freestanding grill. The BCM 32-inch built-in and BCM 25-inch built-in keep it simple.
Built-in or freestanding
A freestanding grill arrives on its own stainless cart with storage below and side shelves, and can be moved. A built-in grill head drops into an opening in an outdoor kitchen island. Each built-in product page lists the cutout dimensions from the Blaze 2026 dimensions sheet; confirm them against the owner's manual before cutting.
If the island is framed with wood or any other combustible material, the grill needs an insulated jacket between it and the frame. Blaze makes jackets for each grill size (see the insulated jackets for gas grills and the LTE PRO 32-inch and 40-inch jackets), and for the power burner and double side burner. If you would rather not build an island, the 72-inch stainless steel BBQ island comes ready to assemble, on its own or with an LTE+ 32-inch grill in natural gas or propane.
Building out the outdoor kitchen
- Burners: the LTE+ single side burner (12,000 BTU) and LTE+ double side burner (two 12,000 BTU burners), and 60,000 BTU power burners in LTE+, LTE PRO and Professional styles to match the grill; the LTE+ and LTE PRO versions split that between 25,000 and 35,000 BTU rings.
- Refrigeration: outdoor rated refrigerators in 15-inch, 20-inch and 24-inch widths, a 24-inch double drawer refrigerator, a glass door beverage cooler, a 15-inch ice maker that makes up to 50 pounds a day, and a 30-inch beverage center with sink. Trim kits are available to frame them into an island opening.
- Storage: access doors, drawers and combinations, many with soft-close hinges and lights, including the 32-inch door and double drawer combo, the 18-inch roll-out trash and propane tank drawer and the 32-inch dry storage cabinet.
- Ventilation: outdoor vent hoods in 36-inch, 42-inch and 48-inch widths.
- More ways to cook: the 26-inch LTE+ gas pizza oven, 24,500 BTU with Bluetooth meat probes, as a built-in or freestanding oven, and the 20-inch cast aluminum kamado, also sold with its cart.
- Fire features: the 38-inch gas fire bowl and the 60,000 BTU 60-inch rectangle fire table.
Warranty
Blaze gas grill pages list a lifetime warranty on the stainless steel parts — cooking grids, housing, burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators and control valves — with electrical and ignition parts covered for one year. The grill has to be registered within 30 days for the warranty to apply. Refrigeration, ice makers and accessories carry their own terms, shown on each product page.
Blaze grill questions
Do I need an insulated jacket?
Blaze lists one as required when a built-in grill or burner goes into an island framed with combustible material such as wood. For other island construction, follow the owner's manual for the grill. Freestanding grills on their carts do not use one.
Natural gas or propane?
Match what your home has. The LTE+ built-in grills are listed as separate natural gas and propane products; on most other Blaze grills and burners you choose the fuel when you order. A natural gas quick disconnect hose is sold for connecting a natural gas grill.
What is the difference between the LTE+ and the LTE PRO?
Both use 14,000 BTU burners in 32- and 40-inch sizes with a spring-assisted hood. The LTE PRO adds a digital display and meat probes on the control panel, so you can watch the grill and food temperature without lifting the hood.
Which Blaze grill is best near the ocean?
The LTE+ Marine Grade. It is built from 316 marine grade stainless steel for coastal environments, where salt air is hard on standard 304 stainless.
Can I add a rotisserie?
The LTE+, LTE PRO and Professional LUX grills all have a 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner for one. The Professional LUX includes the rotisserie kit, as does the LTE PRO 40-inch; for the LTE+ and the 20-inch kamado, add the Blaze rotisserie kit.
Can I add a searing zone?
Yes. The infrared sear burner replaces one of the standard burners to give a high-heat zone for steaks.
