Real Fyre Split Oak Designer Plus Flame Enhanced is a Designer Series vented gas log set from R.H. Peterson Co. The logs are hand-painted refractory ceramic, reinforced with steel rods. This listing is the 36" log set, order number SDP-36-FE.

This listing is the logs only. It does not include a burner, grate or controls. Flame Enhanced sets include the Flame Enhancer Kit parts along with the regular logs: an aluminized steel panel that hooks onto the back of the burner pan, a ceramic fiber rear log that glows, and embers. Real Fyre designs these sets for the G4 and G45 burners only; they are not for the G46 or the outdoor stainless steel G45. At 36", the enhancer panel fits only the match-lit G45 and the G45 with the 02 electronic valve, so those are the two burners listed here. The 36" G45 comes with the heavy duty grate.

What to Order With It

• G45 with 02 electronic valve and on/off remote (G45-36-02)

Burner model numbers above are for natural gas. Propane versions add a P to the model number; choose the fuel on the burner page. Propane versions of the match-lit burners ship with the SPK-26P safety pilot kit, because propane cannot be match lit.

Specifications

Minimum fireplace size depends on the burner, so it is listed on each burner page. Measure the front width, back width, depth and height of your firebox before choosing a size.

Vented gas logs go only in a wood-burning fireplace with a working flue. The damper must be clamped open with the damper clamp supplied with the burner, glass doors must be fully open while the burner is on, and an adult must be present whenever it is burning. Do not install the burner in a fireplace with an ash lip or recess deeper than 3/4".

Warranty

Refractory ceramic logs: lifetime for the original purchaser when used indoors, three years when used outdoors. Fiber-ceramic blended logs: five years when used indoors, three years when used outdoors. The warranty is from R.H. Peterson Co., applies to the original purchaser for single-family residential use, runs from the purchase date and needs proof of purchase.
