What to Order With It

See-thru sets are finished on both sides for a fireplace that is open front and back. They need the G45-2 See-Thru burner in the same size.

Required (choose one burner):

• G45-2 See-Thru Triple T Burner, match lit (G45-2-24)
• G45-2 See-Thru with safety valve and standing pilot (G45-2-24A)
• G45-2 See-Thru with 11 series valve and on/off remote (G45-2-24-11)
• G45-2 See-Thru with 15 series valve and variable remote (G45-2-24-15)

• G45-2 See-Thru with 02 electronic valve and on/off remote (G45-2-24-02)

For an outdoor fireplace (choose one instead):

• G45-2 See-Thru Stainless Steel Burner, match lit, natural gas only (G45-2-24-SS)
• G45-2 See-Thru Stainless Steel Burner with safety valve (G45-2-24NA-SS)
• G45-2 See-Thru Stainless Steel Burner with 02 electronic valve and on/off remote (G45-2-24-02-SS)

Burner model numbers above are for natural gas. Propane versions add a P to the model number; choose the fuel on the burner page. Propane versions of the match-lit burners ship with the SPK-26P safety pilot kit, because propane cannot be match lit.

Specifications

Minimum fireplace size depends on the burner, so it is listed on each burner page. Measure the front width, back width, depth and height of your firebox before choosing a size.

Vented gas logs go only in a wood-burning fireplace with a working flue. The damper must be clamped open with the damper clamp supplied with the burner, glass doors must be fully open while the burner is on, and an adult must be present whenever it is burning. Do not install the burner in a fireplace with an ash lip or recess deeper than 3/4".

Warranty

Refractory ceramic logs: lifetime for the original purchaser when used indoors, three years when used outdoors. The warranty is from R.H. Peterson Co., applies to the original purchaser for single-family residential use, runs from the purchase date and needs proof of purchase.
