Gas Type. The Empire Boulevard 60" operates on either natural gas or propane, allowing compatibility with existing home fuel systems. A remote control and wall-mounted LED interface are included for convenient operation.
Ignition. An intermittent pilot ignition system eliminates the need for a standing pilot light, improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. The fireplace can be ignited on demand or regulated through a programmable thermostat that maintains consistent room temperature. Battery backup functionality allows continued operation during power outages.
Liner Options. Two liner choices are available. The reflective Black Porcelain liner creates a striking sense of depth behind the flames. The stainless steel liner delivers a brighter, more contemporary look. Both are purpose-built to complement the fireplace's overall aesthetic.
Installation Flexibility. Zero-clearance installation means your contractor can apply tile, stone, or plaster directly to the fireplace opening. Alternatively, a decorative 1½-inch beveled front in matte black or a ¾-inch beveled black frame can be used for a cleaner finish.
Decorative media. A minimum of five square feet of crushed glass is required for proper operation. Optional upgrades include additional glass finishes, accent pebbles, and log sets to further customize the appearance of the firebox.
Accent Lighting. A multicolor programmable LED light sits beneath the burner, enhancing the appearance of both the liner and decorative media. An extension kit allows the lighting controls to be mounted up to six feet away from the unit.
Optional Forced Air Heat Management Kit. Available as an add-on, the HMFA kit allows excess heat to be vented outside the home, making the Boulevard well-suited to climates where temperatures vary significantly throughout the year.
