The DuraVent DuraTech LDC 16t" Wall Thimble is a premium chimney venting system accessory designed to provide safe and code-compliant passage of DuraTech LDC double-wall chimney pipe through combustible wall assemblies. Ideal for factory-built fireplaces, large masonry fireplaces, and vented non-condensing appliances, this wall thimble ensures proper alignment, fire safety, and structural protection in residential and commercial chimney installations. It delivers a secure transition point while maintaining system integrity and reliable airflow performance.

Engineered for UL 103 Type HT listed chimney systems, this component supports 10"–16" diameters and features a solid-pack construction with 1" ceramic insulation between a stainless steel inner wall and stainless or Galvalume outer jacket. It maintains a 2-inch clearance to combustibles and is tested to US and Canadian standards, providing superior chimney safety, thermal protection, and long-lasting high-temperature performance.
