Warranty

• Coverage Area: Valid in the U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada for units installed per guidelines.

• Warranty Period:

  • Burner: 5 years
  • All other components: 1 year

• First Year: Defective parts are replaced (part exchange required). Credit may be offered instead of replacement.

• Exclusions: Does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration), corrosion, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or environmental damage.

• Costs Not Covered: Labor, freight, handling, and service-related expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

• Limitations: No coverage for incidental or consequential damages; warranty is non-transferable and tied to original installation.
